A public hearing will be held by the Administrative Hearing Officer of Community Development Department at 2:00 p.m. in the West Conference Room, City Hall, 456 W. Olive Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA for the purpose of considering the following applications:    

 

 

1.     2003-0836Application for a Use Permit on a 9,680 square foot site to allow an overhead patio cover of 850 square feet in the rear yard area.  The property is located at 1582 Belleville Way in an R-1 (Low Density Residential) Zoning District.  (APN: 320-04-033) SL

 

2.    2003-0838 – ABC Tree Farms [Applicant] Yamaoka Associates [Owner] Application for a Special Development Permit on a 23,601 square foot site to allow seasonal outdoor sales from September 1 to January 31 annually. The property is located at 803 West El Camino Real in C-2/PD (Highway Business/Planned Development) Zoning District. (APN: 165-01-043) KD
