A public hearing will be held by the Administrative Hearing Officer at City Hall, 456 West Olive Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA for the purpose of considering the following applications:

CALL TO ORDER   

1.      2005-0649 – Application for a Use Permit on a 6,810 square-foot site to allow medical office use and a Variance from Sunnyvale Municipal Code section 19.46.110 relating to access to parking spaces. The property is located at 608 East Fremont Avenue in an R-0 (Low-Density Residential) Zoning District. (APN: 309-04-065) RK

2.      2005-0779 – Application for a Variance from Sunnyvale Municipal Code section 19.34.030 to allow a five-foot side-yard setback where the addition encroaches into the required total side yard setback. The property is located at 383 Stowell Avenue (near Chestnut Ave) in an R-0 (Low-Density Residential) Zoning District. (APN: 204-33-003) JM

3.      2005-0780 – Application for a Special Development Permit on a 3,125 square-foot site to an outdoor barbecue and beer and wine sales (alcohol service) to the existing business. The property is located at 127 South Murphy Avenue (near E. Evelyn Ave) in a DSP-2 (Downtown Specific Plan/Subdistrict 2) Zoning District. (APN: 209-06-003) TF
