A public hearing will be held by the Administrative Hearing Officer at City Hall, 456 West Olive Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA for the purpose of considering the following applications:

1.         2004-0676: Application for a Use Permit on an 8,070 square-foot site to allow a fence in the side yard that ranges from seven feet to nine feet and six inches in height.  The property is located at 824 Lark Lane in an R-0 (Low Density Residential) Zoning District. (316-04-041) DO

 

2.        2004-0681 – Application for a Special Development Permit on a 5,432 square-foot site for a new 400 square-foot detached garage in the rear yard one foot from the side property line and three feet from the rear property line.  The property is located at 441 East Washington Avenue in an R-2/PD (Low-Medium Density Residential/Planned Development) Zoning District. (APN: 209-04-031) AM

 

3.        2004-0699 – David P. Kuo, Ying Dong, and Kuo Enterprises [Applicant] 1963 Yvonne Jacobson Trust Et Al [Owner]: Application for a Special Development Permit on a 4.23-acre site to allow a 3,000 square-foot restaurant and juice bar in an existing shopping center (Civic Square Center). The property is located at 808 West El Camino Real in a C-2/PD (Highway Business/Planned Development) Zoning District.  (APN: 201-21-005) JMc

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that if you file a lawsuit challenging any final decision on any public hearing item listed in this agenda, the issues in the lawsuit may be limited to the issues which were raised at the public hearing or presented in writing to the City at or before the public hearing.  PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that Code of Civil Procedure section 1094.6 imposes a 90-day deadline for the filing of any lawsuit challenging final action on an agenda item which is subject to Code of Civil Procedure section 1094.5.
