2004-0367 – Application for Use Permit on a 7,234 square foot site to allow an eight-foot-high side and rear yard fence.  The property is located at 1052 Marigold Court in an R-0 (Low-Density Residential) Zoning District.  (APN: 213-28-017) RK

In attendance: Gerri Caruso, Administrative Hearing Officer; and, Gloria Barron, Recording Secretary. 

Ms. Gerri Caruso, Administrative Hearing Officer, on behalf of the Director of Community Development, announced that item 2004-0367 at 1052 Marigold Court would be continued to the Administrative Hearing of July 14, 2004. 

No one was present to speak on the item. 

The meeting was adjourned at 2:03 p.m.
