2004-0367 – Application for Use Permit on a 7,234 square foot site to allow an eight-foot-high side and rear yard fence.  The property is located at 1052 Marigold Court in an R-0 (Low-Density Residential) Zoning District.  (APN: 213-28-017) RK

In attendance: Gerri Caruso, Administrative Hearing Officer; and, Gloria Barron, Recording Secretary. 

Ms. Gerri Caruso, Administrative Hearing Officer, on behalf of the Director of Community Development, reported that the applicant requested an indefinite continuance for the Use Permit on 1052 Marigold Court.  Ms. Caruso granted the indefinite continuance and noted that the item would be re-noticed.

The meeting was adjourned at 2:02 p.m.
