      ACTION: Approved with Modification

  3.   2004-0249 - Abigail O’Connell [Applicant] Lucerne Properties, LLC. ACTION: Application taken under advisement   on Wednesday, April 28, 2004.

 

Use Permit denied on Monday, May 3, 2004.
