  2.  2004-0676: Application for a Use Permit on an 8,070 square-foot site to allow a fence in the side yard that ranges from seven feet to nine feet and six inches in height.  The property is located at 824 Lark Lane in an R-0 (Low Density Residential) Zoning District. (316-04-041) DO

 

ACTION: Application taken under advisement on Wednesday, September 29, 2004.

Use Permit approved with modifications on Monday, October 4, 2004.   

 

APPEAL OPTIONS: May be appealed to the Planning Commission by Tuesday, October 19, 2004.

 

3.     2004-0681 – Application for a Special Development Permit on a 5,432 square-foot site for a new 400 square-foot detached garage in the rear yard one foot from the side property line and three feet from the rear property line.  The property is located at 441 East Washington Avenue in an R-2/PD (Low-Medium Density Residential/Planned Development) Zoning District. (APN: 209-04-031) AM
