 This Special Meeting of the Sunnyvale Planning Commission will be held in City Hall, 456 West Olive Avenue, Sunnyvale, as follows:

1.     Preparation for the Public Outreach Meetings and Review of the Proposed Plans for the Downtown Open Air Shopping District

This is not a public hearing; however, applicants may attend this Special Meeting as observers.  The only opportunity for speaking would be limited to responses to specific questions directed to the applicant by members of the Commission.

Planning Commission typically meets the 2^nd and 4^th Monday of each month.  Study Sessions are held at 7PM in the West Conference Room.  Public Hearings are held at 8PM in the Council Chambers.  Public Hearings are broadcast on KSUN.
