Trudy Ryan, Planning Officer, reported that the applicant requested an indefinite continuance of their application for a General Plan Amendment for Block 18 of the Downtown Specific Plan. She noted that any future public hearing of this application would be re-advertised and re-noticed. Staff recommended an indefinite continuance.
