SUBJECT: Approval of Final Map - Tract No. 9532 (SD-03-04)

Recommendation

That the City Council approve the Final Map and authorize the execution of the Subdivision Agreement for the subject subdivision located at 414 E. Evelyn Ave. The project consists of 18 single family residential air-space condominium units on a single common lot, belonging to Sub-district 5 of the Downtown Specific Plan.

DISCUSSION

The executed final map, subdivision agreement, security instruments to guarantee required improvements, certificate of insurance, development fees, and all other related documents have been furnished to the City.  Said documents have been examined by staff and found to be complete and in proper form.  The final map conforms to the approved tentative map.
