Subject: Notice of Agency Hearing on December 2, 2003
 

I write to you as the owner of property in the Sunnyvale Central Core Redevelopment Project Area that will be the subject of consideration by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Sunnyvale  (the"Agency") at an upcoming hearing.  You are hereby notified and invited to attend that Agency hearing scheduled for December 2, 2003 at 7:30 p.m. at the Sunnyvale City Council Chambers, 465 West Olive Avenue, Sunnyvale, California.

The purpose of the hearing is to consider if the parcels shown on the attached map (including property for which you are the record owner) should be designated as an area to be assembled and developed by a single developer or a group of developers as a unified development.  If the Agency determines to designate the area shown on the map for unified development by a single developer, or a group of developers, the Agency will also determine the method for seeking development proposals from property owners in the area and other qualified developers.  Also included with this notice is a copy of the Agency staff report that will be considered at the December 2, 2003, hearing on this matter.

The Agency hearing will be conducted pursuant to the provisions for owner participation set forth in the Agency's Rules for Business Tenant Preference and Owner Participation in the Central Core Redevelopment Project Area (the "Rules").  To implement the Rules, the Agency is giving this written notice of the Agency hearing to the owners of all parcels within the affected area.

At the December 2, 2003, hearing, you will be given the opportunity to be heard on this matter prior to the Agency's action.  If you are unable to attend the December 2, 2003, hearing, you may submit a written statement for the Agency's consideration at the address provided below at or prior to the time of the hearing.
