SUBJECT: Request for Reimbursement of Legal Expenses

DATE: November 7, 2003

Vice Mayor Tim Risch has submitted a request for reimbursement of legal fees he incurred in connection with a Council Subcommittee investigation into Public Safety Officers' Association charges against him.  This item has been placed as a public hearing item on the Council's November 11, 2003 regular meeting agenda.  Additional information regarding this request will be provided to the Council on or before November 11, 2003.
