DISCUSSION

The executed final map, subdivision agreement, security instruments to guarantee required improvements, certificate of insurance, development fees, and all other related documents have been furnished to the City.  Said documents have been examined by staff and found to be complete and in proper form.  The final map conforms to the approved tentative map.

 

Location: 714 E. Evelyn Ave., Tract No. 9509

Zoning: MS-ITR-R3-PD

Number of Lots: 10 Lots and 3 Common Lots with 61 single family units. containing private streets which serve the development.

Area: 3.713 Acres

That the City Council approve the Final Map and authorize the execution of the Subdivision Agreement for the subject subdivision.
