RESOLUTION NO. __________
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SUNNYVALE ESTABLISHING PAY AND BENEFITS FOR ALL CITY EMPLOYEES AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 145-02
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of implementing the pay and benefits provisions applicable to the various categories of the City of Sunnyvale employees;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SUNNYVALE THAT:
1. A salary resolution is hereby adopted to read as set forth in Exhibit 1, attached and incorporated by reference.
2. Resolution No. 145-02 is hereby rescinded.
