A. Are conditions changing within the community, or what new information or technology products are being introduced, or new social or environmental factors are emerging that may result in the City adding new services in the future?
B. Are there potential partnerships with other cities, the county, or other governmental agencies that could be used to deliver City services in the future?
C. Are there new public services that could be delivered to residents, businesses, or visitors to Sunnyvale by social services agencies?
D. Are there social service agencies that serve other cities in the Bay Area that could be encouraged to provide services to residents, businesses, or visitors to Sunnyvale?
E. Are there partnerships with Sunnyvale schools (public or private) or institutions for higher learning that could result in new or expanded public services?
