ROLL CALL

CONSENT CALENDAR

Agency Member Miller requested item RA - 1.B. be pulled and considered separately. Agency Member Miller moved, and Agency Member Swegles seconded, approval of the Consent Calendar with the exception of RA -1.B.  The motion carried unanimously.

Agency Chair Howe opened the Public Hearing at 8:25 p.m. and, there being no public comments, closed the Public Hearing.

Agency Member Miller moved, and Agency Member Swegles seconded, to approve execution of the Standstill Agreement and the Mutual Release Agreement with the amendment to include a signatory block for the Agency Counsel to approve the agreement as to the form. 

Agency Member Fowler offered a friendly amendment to remove the signatory block for the Agency Counsel.  The amendment was not accepted.

The motion carried unanimously.

There were no comments.

ADJOURNMENT

Agency Chair Howe declared the meeting adjourned at 8:27 p.m.
