DISCUSSION

This item was heard by the Planning Commission at a public hearing on January 26, 2004 and advertised for the City Council meeting of February 10, 2004.

In order to accommodate a busy City Council agenda, staff is recommending this item be continued to February 24, 2004.

None with this action.

RECOMMENDATION

Continue this study item to February 24, 2004.
