A public hearing will be held by the Administrative Hearing Officer of Community Development Department at 2:00 p.m. in the West Conference Room, City Hall, 456 W. Olive Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA for the purpose of considering the following applications:

 

1. 2003-0927 - Application on a 6,962 square-foot site for a Variance from Sunnyvale Municipal Code section 19.34.030 to allow a 14' and 1" front yard setback where 20 feet is required. The property is located at 621 Templeton Court in an R-1 (Low-Density Residential) Zoning District. (APN: 202-09-055) RK

2. 2003-0903 - Application on an 8,462 square- foot site for a Variance from Sunnyvale Municipal Code section 19.34.030 to allow a 14-foot front yard setback where 20 feet is required. The property is located at 777 The Dalles Avenue in an R-1 (Low-Density Residential) Zoning District. (APN: 323-15-038) DO
