Attached is the "Pre-Appeal Report" in the new format, which is presented as a "Draft Agenda" for future Planning Commission and Administrative Hearing items.  Staff will be working on code amendments that will eliminate the pre-appeal process.

Please note that a majority of the Council members must vote in favor of a pre-appeal.  Council should specify the reason for the pre-appeal and indicate any appealed items on which it wishes to have expanded notification.
