The CITIZENS TO BE HEARD section provides an opportunity for members of the public to address the Planning Commission on items not listed on the agenda.  The Commission welcomes your comments under this section, and may respond briefly. However, the Commission is prohibited by State law from discussing items not listed on the agenda. Your items will be taken under consideration and may be referred to staff.

 

PUBLIC HEARING

 

1. 2003-0753 - Nextel Communications [Applicant] Crown Castle International [Owner] - Application for a Use Permit on a 2.9-acre site to allow a sixth co-location of twelve panel antennae on an existing monopole.  The property is located at 375 North Pastoria Avenue in an M-S (Industrial & Service) Zoning District.  (APN: 165-30-019) (Negative Declaration) CC

 

APPEAL OPTIONS: May be pre-appealed by City Council.

 

2. 2003-0913 - Dan Winklebleck [Applicant] - Application for a Design Review on a 6,000 square-foot site to allow both first and second story additions resulting in a 3,373 square foot home at a 56.2% FAR where 45% is allowed without a Planning Commission Review.  The property is located at 1078 Heatherstone Drive in an R-0 (Low-Density Residential) Zoning District. (APN: 198-23-087) KD

 

APPEAL OPTIONS: May be pre-appealed by City Council.

 

3. 2002-0612 - City of Sunnyvale - Rezone specific properties from R-3/PD (Medium Density Residential) to R-2/PD (Low-Medium Density Residential) to bring the properties into conformance with the General Plan Designation of Low-Medium Density Residential (7-14 du/acre) which was adopted by the City Council on June 17, 2003. (APNs: 209-04-028 thru 035; 209-05-023 thru 028; 209-10-026 thru 028; 209-10-030; 209-10-037 thru 041; 209-10-065 and 209-10-066) (Environmental review was conducted in a previous Environmental Impact Report certified on June 17, 2003.) (Also to City Council on 02/10/04)

 

APPEAL OPTIONS:  Pre-appeal not necessary, item to be considered by City Council.

 

4. 2003-0076 - City of Sunnyvale  - Adoption of polices and an ordinance to promote and create incentives for sustainable development in the disciplines of: sustainable sites, water efficiency, energy and atmosphere, materials and resources and indoor environmental quality. (Negative Declaration) EW (Also to City Council on 02/24/04)

 

APPEAL OPTIONS:  Pre-appeal not necessary, item to be considered by City Council.
