Attached is the "Pre-Appeal Report" in the new format, which is presented as a "Draft Agenda" for future Planning Commission and Administrative Hearing items.  Staff is working on code amendments that will eliminate the pre-appeal process.  These modifications are scheduled for Council consideration on February 24, 2004.

Please note that there are no items in the February 9, 2004 Planning Commission Agenda that can be pre-appealed by City Council.

Please note that a majority of the Council members must vote in favor of a pre-appeal. Council should specify the reason for the pre-appeal and indicate any appealed items on which it wishes to have expanded notification.
