SUBJECT: Approval of 54 Townhouse Lots “Classics at Fair Oaks” Classic Communities, Inc.

DISCUSSION

The executed final map, subdivision agreement, security instruments to guarantee required improvements, certificate of insurance, development fees, and all other related documents have been furnished to the City.  Said documents have been examined by staff and found to be complete and in proper form.  The final map conforms to the approved tentative map.

Zoning:                   MS-ITR-R3-PD

Number of Lots:        Fifty four Townhouse lots and a common lot

Area:                      2.873 Acres

RECOMMENDATION

That the City Council approve the Final Map and authorize the execution of the Subdivision Agreement for the subject subdivision.
