·        Combine all residential bicycle parking requirements into uncovered bike racks;

·        Require Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee (BPAC) review of bicycle parking locations;

·        Allow vehicular access to Tennis Center Lane and provide additional public parking at the Tennis Center;

·        Provide a mix of flowering Cherry trees with approved street trees;

·        Delete redundant bond requirement for public art on commercial property;

·        Allow up 30% gross floor area for restaurants.
