Attached is the "Appeal Report" which is presented as an annotated agenda ("ACTION SUMMARY") noting which items may be appealed and the final appeal date.  Staff reports and detailed minutes are available on the City’s web site and one set of reports and minutes will be placed in a binder in the Council Office. 

 

Council should specify the reason for an appeal and indicate any appealed items on which it wishes to have expanded notification.

A public hearing was held by the Administrative Hearing Officer at 2:00 p.m. in the West Conference Room, City Hall, 456 W. Olive Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA for the purpose of considering the following applications:

 

1.     2004-0464 – Robin Ellner [Applicant] George Yamaoka and Misako Trustee [Owner]: Application for a renewal of a Use Permit for a social club on a 1.5-acre site and to allow expanded hours and monthly special event.  The property is located at 1155 Reed Avenue in an M-S (Industrial & Service) Zoning District.  (APN: 213-01-003) KD

 

ACTION: Approved with Modifications
APPEAL OPTIONS: May be appealed to the Planning Commission by Thursday, July 29, 2004.

 

2.     2004-0475 – Sandra Steele [Applicant] Donmoyer Timothy Trustee [Owner]: Application for a Use Permit on a 5.8-acre site to allow a co-location of six antennas on an existing 90-foot lattice tower.  The property is located at 111 Uranium Drive in an M-S (Industrial & Service) Zoning District.  (APN: 216-27-047) DO

3.     2004-0484 – Application for a Variance from Sunnyvale Municipal Code section 19.26.100 to allow an air conditioner between the building and along South Pastoria Avenue.  The property is located at 795 West McKinley Avenue in an R-2 (Low-Medium Density Residential) Zoning District.  (APN: 165-12-014) RK

 

ACTION: Approved with Modification
