Vice Chair Chu moved, Agency Member Miller seconded, to approve the minutes as presented. Motion passed unanimously.

Adoption of the Fiscal Year 2004/2005 Budget for the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Sunnyvale |
Mary Bradley, Agency Treasurer, presented the staff report.
Agency Chair Howe opened the Public Hearing at 10:45 p.m. and, there being no public comments, closed the Public Hearing.
Agency Member Swegles moved, and Chair Howe seconded, to approve Alternative A, to adopt the budget as recommended. The motion carried unanimously.
RESOLUTION NO. 100-04 A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SUNNYVALE ADOPTING THE BUDGET OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FOR FISCAL YEAR JULY 1 2004 TO JUNE 30, 2005.

Low and Moderate Income Housing Fund Deposit and Deficit Reduction Plan |
Brice McQueen, Redevelopment Agency Manager, presented the staff report.
Staff responded to questions regarding repayment of debt, cap limits, housing deficit, and consequences if there is a take away from the State.
Agency Chair Howe opened the Public Hearing at 10:52 p.m. and, there being no public comments, closed the Public Hearing.
Agency Member Swegles moved, Agency Member Hamilton seconded to approve Alternative 1, to adopt by Resolution the annual findings that all tax increment revenues are required to meet current obligations for repayment for the bonded indebtedness of the Agency and pre-existing debt repayment to the City of Sunnyvale, and adopt the accompanying Deficit Reduction Plan. The motion carried unanimously.
RESOLUTION NO. 101-04 A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SUNNYVALE MAKNG FINDINGS RELATED TO THE DEPOSIT OF FUNDS IN THE LOW AND MODERATE INCOME HOUSING FUND AND ADOPTING A LOW AND MODERATE INCOME HOUSING FUND DEFICIT REDUCTION PLAN.

Thom Mayer, a member of the public, addressed concerns to the Council regarding the timeline of developing the downtown.

Mayor Howe adjourned the meeting in memory of former President Ronald W. Reagan at 10:55 p.m.
