Recommended Findings – General Plan, Specific Plan and Zoning Code Amendments

 

This change is not in the public interest as it would create non-conforming densities for at least 50% of the affected properties. The non-conforming status can be a burden to property values and inhibits renovation and redevelopment.

Staff does not recommend lowering permitted densities in this area.
