This e-mail is to confirm that City of Sunnyvale Council Member Ron Swegles has assumed the City of Sunnyvale RAB member position as of March 11, 2004. There will be meeting minutes in a week or so, which will be in draft form until approved by the next RAB in May 2004.

Ii is my understanding that Ron has applied to and been accepted by, the RAB. Do you happen to have any documentation that this occurred (i.e. acceptance letter, meeting minutes, etc.) All assignments taken on by Councilmembers must be ratified by our Council, and I'm in the process of writing the Report to Council asking them to ratify this appointment. Ideally I'd like to include the documentation with this report.
