NOTICE AND AGENDA OF SPECIAL MEETING
SUNNYVALE CITY COUNCIL

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the Sunnyvale City Council is hereby called for 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 25, 2004, at Sunnyvale City Hall, Council Chambers, 456 West Olive Avenue, Sunnyvale, California.
Said special meeting shall be for the following purposes:
1. Public hearing for a Budget Workshop for Fiscal Year 2004-05 Recommended Budget and Resource Allocation Plan (please see agenda attached)
Recess at 12:00 p.m.
NOTE: Pursuant to Government Code Section 54953(b), this portion of the meeting will include teleconference participation by Council Member Julia Miller from 325 Chennault Circle, Maxwell Air Force Base, Montgomery, Alabama, Base Office Quarters, phone # 221-3834. This Notice and Agenda will be posted at the teleconference location; public comment from such address shall be allowed.
2. RTC 04-190, Public hearing and take action on a Request for Free Use of the Community Center Ballroom by Ms. Linda McIntyre (requested at the regular Council meeting of May 18, 2004).

3. Closed Session pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6 regarding Labor Negotiations: Sunnyvale Employee Association (SEA).
Note: There will be no regular Council meeting at 7:30 p.m.
