The City Council met in study session at City Hall in the
West Conference Room, 456 West Olive Avenue, Sunnyvale, California on May 4, 2004 at 6:45 p.m., and continued on May 11, 2004 at 5:15 p.m., with Vice Mayor Dean Chu presiding.

Study Session Summary:
Staff updated City Council on the status of IGR Staff Support Meetings and meetings with elected officials. Staff also reviewed upcoming highlights from the IGR calendar.
- Bill and Issue Tracking in the 2nd Quarter
Staff distributed a listing of current bills and issues on which the City has taken a position.
- IGR Committee Assignment Reports
Councilmembers discussed highlights from their IGR committee assignments. (This was continued to the May 11th Study Session at 5:15 p.m.)
Adjournment The May 4th Study Session was adjourned at 7:30 p.m, and continued to May 11th where it was adjourned at 5:30 p.m.
