SPECIAL MEETING (CLOSED SESSION)
SUNNYVALE CITY COUNCIL

Monday, November 8, 2004

      7:30 a.m., Council Conference Room, City Hall

456 West Olive Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA

The open session of the special meeting was called to order at 7:35 a.m. in the Council Conference Room at 456 W. Olive Avenue, Sunnyvale, California with Mayor Howe presiding.

Council Members Swegles, Miller, Vice Mayor Chu and Mayor Howe were present. Council Members Fowler, Lee and Hamilton were absent (excused absences).

There was no public comment.

Mayor Howe convened to Closed Session in the Council Conference Room at City Hall, regarding: Public Employment, City Attorney, pursuant to Government Code Section 54957. 

Mayor Howe reconvened to open session at 7:40 a.m. and announced that the Council gave direction to hire a recruitment firm for the City Attorney search.

Mayor Howe adjourned the special meeting at 7:41 a.m.
