      6:00 p.m., Council Conference Room, City Hall

456 West Olive Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA

The open session of the special meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Conference Room at 456 W. Olive Avenue, Sunnyvale, California with Mayor Howe presiding.

Council Members Lee, Fowler, Swegles, Miller, Vice Mayor Chu and Mayor Howe were present. Council Member Hamilton was absent (excused maternity leave).

Staff present: Amy Chan, City Manager.

There was no public comment.

Mayor Howe convened to Closed Session in the Council Conference Room at City Hall, regarding Personnel Matters, Public Employee, City Manager Evaluation, pursuant to Government Code Section 54957. 

No direction was given or action taken.

Mayor Howe adjourned the special meeting at 8:30 p.m.
