SUBJECT:  Motion to Reconsider Action Taken at October 19, 2004 Meeting to Eliminate Sc[i]3

This item was requested by Mayor Howe to be brought back at this meeting.  If the motion to reconsider passes by a majority vote of the Council, the item regarding the Sc[i]3 in the attached Report to Council (RTC) will be reconsidered on this date, October 26, 2004.
