SPECIAL MEETING (CLOSED SESSION)

SUNNYVALE CITY COUNCIL

MONDAY, APRIL 11, 2005

The open session of the City Council special meeting was called to order at approximately 8:00 a.m. at the Sheraton Sunnyvale Hotel, Iris Meeting Room, 1100 North Mathilda Avenue, Sunnyvale, California, with Mayor Chu presiding.

Roll Call: Mayor Chu, Vice Mayor Swegles, Council Members Fowler, Miller, Howe, Hamilton and Lee were present.

There were no public comments.

Mayor Chu convened to Closed Session in the Iris Meeting Room, regarding: Preliminary Interviews, Public Employment, City Attorney, pursuant ot Government Code section 54957.

Mayor Chu declared a lunch recess at 12:50 p.m. and reconvened the meeting at 1: 35 p.m.

No action was taken.

Mayor Chu adjourned the closed session special meeting at approximately 6:10 p.m.
