SPECIAL MEETING (CLOSED SESSION)

SUNNYVALE CITY COUNCIL

MONDAY, APRIL 18, 2005

The open session of the City Council special meeting was called to order at approximately 11:00 a.m. in the West Conference Room at City Hall, 456 W. Olive Street, Sunnyvale, California, with Mayor Chu presiding.

Roll Call: Mayor Chu, Vice Mayor Swegles, Council Members Fowler, Miller, Howe, Hamilton and Lee were present.

There were no public comments.

Mayor Chu convened to Closed Session in the West Conference Room regarding: Second Round of Interviews, Public Employment, City Attorney, pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.

Mayor Chu reconvened to open session at approximately 2:45 p.m., reported there was no action taken, and adjourned the special meeting at that time.
