SPECIAL MEETING (CLOSED SESSION)

SUNNYVALE CITY COUNCIL

MONDAY, APRIL 23, 2005

The open session of the City Council special meeting was called to order at approximately 8:35 a.m. in the Council Conference Room at City Hall, 456 W. Olive Street, Sunnyvale, California, with Vice Mayor Swegles presiding.

Roll Call: Vice Mayor Swegles, Council Members Fowler, Miller, Howe, Hamilton and Lee were present. Mayor Chu was absent.

There were no public comments.

Vice Mayor Swegles convened to Closed Session in the West Conference Room regarding: Second Round of Interviews, Public Employment, City Attorney, pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.

Councilmember Miller left the meeting at approximately 11:05 a.m.

Vice Mayor Swegles reconvened the meeting to open session at approximately 11:35 a.m., reported there was no action taken, and adjourned the special meeting at that time.
