The special meeting was called to order at approximately 9:35 a.m. in the Council Conference Room at City Hall, 456 W. Olive Street, Sunnyvale, with Mayor Chu presiding.
Roll Call: Council Members Fowler, Miller, Howe, Hamilton and Lee, Vice Mayor Swegles and Mayor Chu were present.
There were no public comments.
Mayor Chu convened the Closed Session regarding Public Employment, City Attorney, pursuant to Government Code Section 54957, in the Council Conference Room.
Mayor Chu recessed the closed session and convened the team building workshop at 10:00 a.m. in the West Conference Room.
Mayor Chu recessed the team building workshop and reconvened the closed session regarding Public Employment, City Attorney, pursuant to Government Code Section 54957, at 1:10 p.m.
Mayor Chu left the meeting at 2:50 p.m and did not return.
There was no action taken during closed session.
The special meeting adjourned at 3:15 p.m.
