The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Sunnyvale met in the City Council Chambers, 456 West Olive Avenue, Sunnyvale, California at 9:00 p.m., with Agency Chair Chu presiding.

Agency Member Miller moved and Agency Vice Chair Swegles seconded to approve the Consent Calendar. Motion carried unanimously 7-0.

Investment and Cash Management Policy Update for Fiscal Year 2005/2006.
Staff Recommendation: Redevelopment Agency adopt the attached Investment Policy for FY 2005/2006 as presented.
CITIZENS TO BE HEARD
Agency Chair Chu opened the Citizens to be Heard at 9:01 p.m.
Dave Wittum, a member of the public, brought to Council's attention a building that can been seen from the train station as you look across Evelyn that has windows boarded up and creates the impression of blight in downtown Sunnyvale to people as they come out of the station. Agency Chair Chu requested the Executive Director look into the matter.
Public testimony was completed and Agency Chair Chu closed the Citizens to be Heard at 9:05 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
There was no further business and Agency Chair Chu adjourned the Redevelopment Agency at 9:06 p.m.
