Over the next 2 years, staff will collect data on number of single-story homes that utilize the maximum one-story 45% lot coverage and whether any two-story additions necessitated a demolition of first floor area to meet the 40% lot coverage requirement. A memorandum with above detail will be sent to Council in Oct., 2005 - two years after effective date of ordinance. |
