Staff Recommendation: Approve the 2005 Calendar as shown on Attachment A and the Study Priorities List as presented in Attachment B and Budget Modification No. 21 which appropriates a total of $122,000 from the General Fund Non-recurring Events Reserve and $30,000 from the Water Fund’s 20 Year RAP for those new Study Issues that require additional resources to proceed.
