Introduction of an Ordinance	Rezone from R-2 (Low-Medium Density Residential) to R-2/PD (Low-Medium Residential/Planned Development) Zoning District;
Motion   Motion	Special Development Permit to remove two homes and construct three new homes, and Parcel Map to subdivide one lot into four lots.

REPORT IN BRIEF
The public hearing was continued by the Planning Commission from December 13, 2004 to January 10, 2005 to correct an error in noticing.  Staff recommends continuing the City Council public hearing from January 11, 2005 to January 25, 2005 to allow staff time to incorporate the Planning Commission action into the Report to Council.
