The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Sunnyvale met in the City Council Chambers, 456 West Olive Avenue, Sunnyvale, California at 8:49 p.m., with Agency Vice Chair Swegles presiding.
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54953, Subdivision (b), this meeting included teleconference participation by Agency Chair Dean Chu from JW Marriot Hotel, 1331 Pennsylvania Avenue, Washington, D.C. 20004, (202) 393-2000.

Agency Member Miller moved, and Agency Member Hamilton seconded, approval of the Consent Calendar as presented. The motion carried unanimously.

Brice McQueen, Redevelopment Agency Manager, presented the staff report.
Agency Member Hamilton opened the Public Hearing at 8:54 p.m. and, there being no public comments, closed the Public Hearing.
Agency Member Fowler moved, and Agency Member Lee seconded, to approve Alternative 1, to adopt the resolution for the Five Year Implementation Plan for the Redevelopment Project Area. The motion carried unanimously.
