SPECIAL MEETING (CLOSED SESSION)

SUNNYVALE CITY COUNCIL

      9:00 a.m., West Conference Room, City Hall

456 West Olive Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA

The open session of the City Council special meeting was called to order at 9:00 a.m. in the West Conference Room at 456 W. Olive Avenue, Sunnyvale, California with Mayor Chu presiding.

Roll Call: Mayor Chu, Vice Mayor Swegles, Council Members Fowler, Miller, Howe, and Hamilton were present. Council Member Lee was absent.

Staff present:  City Manager Amy Chan, City Attorney Joan Borger, Assistant City Manager Robert Walker and Director of Public Works Marvin Rose.

There were no public comments.

Mayor Chu convened to Closed Session in the West Conference Room at City Hall, regarding: Conference with Legal Counsel, Anticipated Litigation, Significant Exposure to Litigation, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9.b regarding the SMarRT Station Operating Agreement.

The Council gave direction but no action was taken.

Mayor Chu adjourned the closed session special meeting at 10:20 a.m.
