SPECIAL MEETING (CLOSED SESSION)

SUNNYVALE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY

Tuesday, March 1, 2005

      5:30 p.m., West Conference Room, City Hall

456 West Olive Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA

The open session of the Sunnyvale Redevelopment Agency special meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. in the West Conference Room at 456 W. Olive Avenue, Sunnyvale, California with Chair Chu presiding.

Agency Member Howe recused himself due to a potential conflict of interest.

Roll Call: Chair Chu, Vice Chair Swegles, Agency members Fowler, Miller, Hamilton and Lee were present. Agency member Howe was absent.

A member of the public spoke.

Chair Chu convened to Closed Session in the West Conference Room at City Hall, regarding: Conference with Real Property Negotiator Pursuant to Government. Code 54956.8; Property: Town Center Mall; Agency Negotiator: Executive Director.

Chair Chu reconvened to open session at 7:00 p.m. and publicly announced that the Agency will continue the Closed Session following the regular meeting of the City Council that evening.

Following the adjournment of the City Council regular meeting at 9:45 p.m., the Agency reconvened the Closed Session in the West Conference Room. At this time, Chair Chu recused himself due to a potential conflict of interest.

The Agency gave direction but no action was taken.

Vice Chair Swegles adjourned the closed session special meeting at 10:50 p.m.
