A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SUNNYVALE AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 131-04, THE CITY'S SALARY RESOLUTION, BY ADDING  THE PAY SCHEDULES FOR THE NEW JOB CLASSIFICATION TITLES OF INTERNAL AUDITOR AND SENIOR INTERNAL AUDITOR TO PAY PLAN CATEGORY D/E (MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES)

          WHEREAS, by separate resolution, the City's Job Classification Plan has been amended to create the two new job classification titles of Internal Auditor and Senior Internal Auditor for which pay schedules must be added to the City's Salary Resolution No. 131-04;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SUNNYVALE THAT:

1.       AMENDMENT OF SALARY RESOLUTION.  Section 2.300 of Resolution No. 131-04 is hereby amended by adding to Pay Plan Category D/E (Management Employees) the following classifications, pay ranges and control points:

          2.       All other provisions of Resolution No. 131-04 shall remain in full force and effect.

3.       This resolution shall take effect upon adoption.

          Adopted by the City Council of the City of Sunnyvale at a regular meeting held on March 1, 2005, by the following vote:
