SPECIAL MEETING (CLOSED SESSION)

SUNNYVALE CITY COUNCIL

SATURDAY, MAY 3, 2005

The City Council special meeting was called to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. in the West Conference Room City Hall, 456 W. Olive Street, Sunnyvale, California, with Mayor Chu presiding.

Roll Call: Vice Mayor Swegles, Council Members Fowler, Miller, Howe, Hamilton and Lee were present. Mayor Chu was absent.

There were no public comments.

Mayor Chu convened the closed session regarding Conference with Labor Negotiators pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6; Labor Negotiator Peter Brown, Liebert Cassidy Whitmore and Jane Fleenor, Interim Director of Human Resources; Employee Organization – Service Employees International Union (SEIU) – Local 715

Mayor Chu declared a recess of the special meeting at 7:00 p.m. and reconvened it at 10:10 p.m. immediately following adjournment of the regular Council meeting.

Mayor Chu reported there was no action taken and adjourned the special meeting at 11:10 p.m.
