R-2/P-D (Low-Medium Density Residential/Planned Development) Zoning District;

The Planning Commission continued this item to their meeting of May 9, 2005 to allow the application to be redesigned.  Staff recommends a continuance of the Council hearing so that minutes of the Planning Commission hearing can be prepared and forwarded to the Council.
