A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SUNNYVALE AUTHORIZING TRANSMITTAL OF THE DRAFT PLAN AMENDMENT TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE CENTRAL CORE REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA AND THE PRELIMINARY REPORT ON THE DRAFT PLAN AMENDMENT

          WHEREAS, pursuant to the California Community Redevelopment Law (Health & Safety Code section 33000 et seq.) and to direction by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Sunnyvale ("Agency"), staff and consultants are preparing for distribution to each affected taxing entity and other interested parties, a Draft Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for the Central Core Redevelopment Project Area ("Draft Plan Amendment") and a Preliminary Report on the Draft Plan Amendment ("Preliminary Report").

          NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SUNNYVALE THAT the Agency hereby authorizes and directs staff to distribute the Draft Plan Amendment and Preliminary Report, upon completion, to all affected taxing entities, the Planning Commission, and various other interested persons and entities as required by law.

Adopted by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Sunnyvale at a regular meeting held on May 17, 2005, by the following vote:
