The City Council met in study session at City Hall in the West Conference Room at 456 West Olive Avenue, Sunnyvale, California on November 22, 2005 at 6:00 p.m., with Mayor Dean Chu presiding.

• Bill and Issue Tracking (July 1, 2005 – present)
  Staff distributed a listing of current bills and issues on which the City has taken a position.
• National League of Cities (NLC) Conference Itinerary
  Staff distributed 2006 NLC conference itineraries to Councilmembers.
• NLC Resolution Status
  Staff updated Council on the status of the 2005 NLC Resolutions.
• Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC)/ Onizuka AFS Update
  Staff provided an update on the BRAC process and shared information obtained from a recent conference staff attended.
• IGR Committee Assignment Reports
  Councilmembers discussed highlights from their IGR committee assignments.
