At the request of Councilmember Howe, attached are proposed revised DRAFT Minutes for the 10/18/05 Council Meeting. 

Proposed amendment is noted in Italicized Underlined  print and is as follows:

Page # 6, ninth paragraph: clarification to friendly amendment to note deletion of the waiting period when a park or recreation facility is to be named for a deceased person.
