The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Sunnyvale met in the City Council Chambers,         456 West Olive Avenue, Sunnyvale, California at 11:36 p.m., with Agency Chair Chu presiding.

Set Date for a Joint Public Hearing of the City Council and the Redevelopment Agency to consider adoption of an Amended and Restated Plan for the Central Core Redevelopment Project Area to Update the Plan and Increase the Ax Increment Collection Limit

Staff Recommendation:  Agency Board adopts the attached resolutions setting October 25, 2005 as the date for a joint public hearing and authorizing the amended plan adoption process.

Agency Chair Chu opened the Citizens to be Heard at 11:39 p.m.

Harriet Rowe, a member of the public voiced her concerns on the length and lateness of the meetings and Council clarified the intent of the amendments they made to policy at the Council Meeting.

There being no further public testimony, Agency Chair Chu closed the Citizens to be Heard at 11:44 p.m.

There being no further business, Agency Chair Chu adjourned the Redevelopment Agency at 11:45 p.m.
